Winter Endurance Series 2022/2023
Over the World Endurance Series
Whereas in the 1990s drivers were allowed to store their racing overalls for a few months, the Winter Endurance Series with races in November, January and March have now become an absolute must for every driver who also wants to race in the winter. Many well-known names from the national championships, as well as the DNRT, ACNN, DRDO and international racing series, such as TCR and GT4, use the Winter Endurance Series as an ideal preparation for the new racing season.
Of course, our Mickey's catering location is open during the WES, as is the Racesquare Circuit Zandvoort sim race center. In short: a very accessible, nice day circuit with plenty of motorsport and more.
The Winter Endurance Series is free for visitors. Parking costs are €15 – payment is possible on arrival (pin-only).
The Divisions of the Winter Endurance Series
In the Winter Endurance Series, there will be raced in four divisions.
Division I
Division I is open to Touring Cars and GTs with a cylinder capacity greater than 3200cc. Several GT cars from the GT3 categories have proven to be very suitable battle weapons for this division, as have the fast Porsche 911 GT3 cup racers. All touring cars and GTs are welcome. Prototypes and Sportscars will not be invited to limit the large speed differences.
Division II
Division II is open to touring cars and GTs with cylinder capacity between 2500cc and 3200cc. The division is also open to cars from the various TCR, GT4 and BMW M2 championships. But the BMW M3 is also extremely suitable to compete this winter in this division of the Winter Championship. In addition to these models, a large number of cars from the faster DNRT racing classes are very suitable for participation, as are the faster cars from the ACNN.
Division III
Division III offers a place for all cars with a cylinder capacity of up to 2500cc, with, for example, cars from various brand cups such as the Renault Clio, and the popular BMW Compact cars from the DNRT. Diesel-powered cars that want to race in the Winter Endurance Series and have been modified can also go to this division.
Division IV
In Division IV, recreational racing cars appear as standard. The most successful cars in this division are the Mazda MX5, BMW E30s from the DNRT and the Ford Fiesta, as well as Porsche 944 Cup and Peugeot 206 GTI cars.
