The 'team leaders' of Xenos experienced an unforgettable day at Circuit Zandvoort. In an energetic and warm atmosphere, with the sun shining high in the sky, they kicked off a successful autumn together. It was a day filled with inspiring moments and valuable challenges that strengthened team building and enhanced collaboration.
The day began in the Founders Lounge, where all participants gathered for a plenary session. Here, the importance of everyone's influence and contribution was emphasized, along with the goal of leveraging all available ingredients to be a winner in the workplace. And as the cherry on top, Jan Lammers, Sporting Director of the Dutch Grand Prix, delivered an inspiring presentation on the importance of teamwork and dedication in the world of top-level sports and business.
After the collective kickoff, the teams enjoyed a delicious lunch in the Dutch Grand Prix Lounge. The relaxed atmosphere and stunning view over Circuit Zandvoort provided the perfect setting for connection and engagement.
The afternoon continued with an exclusive tour of the iconic Circuit Zandvoort, a unique experience that left a lasting impression on many participants. Next, the pit boxes became the center of action for exciting challenges: teams competed in high-speed games and took on ‘pit box challenges’ such as tire changes. These interactive games fostered healthy competition and demonstrated how teamwork and speed go hand in hand.
Following the challenges, participants engaged in a personalized workshop tailored to their roles within Xenos. The team leaders gained valuable insights and practical tools to support their future plans. The day concluded with a social gathering in the Dutch Grand Prix Lounge, where participants could reflect and share their experiences.
