The Labor Market Shortage for Training Companies in the Spotlight
Circuit Zandvoort recently welcomed the Cooperation Organisation for Vocational Education and Business (SBB) for an important event with the theme: "Is the tight labour market a blessing or a curse for large training companies?" In an inspiring setting, more than 200 guests came together to gain insight into the challenges and opportunities surrounding the labour market for MBO students and training companies.
The afternoon started with an exclusive tour of the circuit, in which the first 100 registered guests could participate. In the meantime, the other guests arrived, who enjoyed a relaxed welcome with coffee, tea, soft drinks and delicious sweet treats in Bernie's Lounge.
The plenary session started at 14:30, where experts from various sectors shared their vision. Representatives of large training companies, including BAM, Defence, 's Heeren Loo and Vermaat, took part in a panel discussion and discussed how they deal with the tightness on the labour market. Their insights and experiences provided inspiring conversations and new perspectives for all attendees.
The day ended at 17:00 with a networking reception, where guests had the opportunity to exchange experiences and make new connections in the unique setting of Circuit Zandvoort.
